This report, published in 2015, looks in detail at how galleries, libraries, museums, and archives can unleash their viral power by using images of their collections.
Of particular interest are pages 16 to 19, which set out Retronaut’s SPEED model – a five-step approach to image selection that Wolfgang (Chris) Wild developed after identifying patterns in the type of images that were resonating with cultural window shoppers and in some cases going viral.
