This case study by Dr Lauren Vargas forms part of the University of Leicester’s One by One project. Lauren worked with the Museum of London for a year to spark the development of digital content skills.
Specifically, the museum wanted to answer the question: How might we ensure all museum people encourage and influence the flourishing of digital skills across the whole organisation?
The case study includes strategic and practical guidance. If you’re interested in finding out more, there’s a related case study describing Lauren’s similar work at the National Army Museum and an ‘explainer’ setting out the principles and practice behind Lauren’s theory of ‘CALM’ digital leadership.
